How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are 39 SEK within Sweden, € 7.99 within Europe and € 19 for the rest of the world.

How long is the delivery time?

In Sweden the delivery time is 1-3 working days, within Europe 3-8 working days and 4-11 working days for the rest of the world.

What is the limit for free shipping?

SLIQHAQ offers free shipping for all orders over 699 SEK for customers in Sweden. For customers in other countries, common freight rates are applicable.

How do I know when the package has arrived?

You will receive notification when your package has arrived either by e-mail or SMS.

Can I trace my package?

All orders shipped with DHL Servicepoint and FedEx International are traceable. Some of the packages sent by the Post Office are also traceable. Click on the links below to track your package with your tracking number.

How do I know if my order has been accepted?

We always send an order confirmation to your email when the order is placed. If you have not received confirmation check the spam folder. It might possibly be there. If you still are unsure or have concerns, please contact us.

What do I do if I have problems with paying with my debit card?

SLIQHAQ accepts purchases with debit cards as well as debit and credit cards for VISA and MasterCard from all countries. We use 3D Secure. Make sure that your debit card is linked to the Verify by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode. You connect these services easily in your online banking account. If problems persist, please contact your bank or card issuer.

Why has my card purchase been denied?

Maybe you have typed in the wrong numbers, have lack of funds in your account or insufficient credit, or you are not connected to the Verify by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode. What do I do if there is a problem with the product?

If you notice any faults with this product, please contact us immediately. Do this through the contact form under "Contact Us" on the customer service pages. We will endeavour to solve your problem as quickly as possible.

Which products should I choose?

How do I shop for products?

When you find a product that you want to buy, click on it. When you are on the product page there is a button "add to cart". Pressing it will send the product to the cart. Click on the cart when it contains all you need and you have completed your shop. You can find the cart at the top of the page. Then you click on "checkout".

How do I pay?

At checkout, choose the payment method that suits you best. We offer card payments via VISA and MasterCard to all our customers worldwide. For Swedish customers, there are also direct payments available through your Internet bank (Swedbank, Handelsbanken, Nordea and SEB) and invoices through Klarna and Klarna account.

Is it secure to pay with my credit card?

You can feel secure when shopping with your credit or debit card with us. We use CertiTrade as payment switch and they send the information with SSL technology and 128-bit encryption which is at the level of bank security.

Do I have to register/sign up to shop at SLIQHAQ?

You do not need to register an account with us to shop. The advantage of registering an account is that you will be able to keep track of previous orders.


Why I am refused purchase by invoice?If you are denied to pay through invoice, you can always pay with your credit card. If you would like more information about why your invoice was denied, please contact Klarna.

How long do I have to pay my invoice?You get 14 days to pay an invoice from Klarna.

How can I tell that my invoice has been paid?If you are unsure that your bill has been paid, please contact Klarna. They can, for example email you a link to your Klarna pages if you enter the email address you have used for your purchase.


My delivery

How are my products delivered?

Your products are delivered wrapped within a cardboard box, and sent to the address you have specified. Read more about delivery at “shipping terms.”

What happens if I do not pick up my package?

If you do not pick up your package on time, it is returned to SLIQHAQ. You will incur an extra charge of 250 SEK / €29 (within Europe) or €47 (outside Europe).

What do I do if my package has been damaged in transit?

If you can see that the package has been damaged when collecting it at your shipping agents, we recommend that you open it with the staff to make sure the content is ok and has not been damaged. Sometimes packages can look a bit battered, but most of the time the contents are perfectly intact. If the contents are damaged, ask the agent to return the package to us. We will take care of the claim from the shipping agent and send out a new order to you. Remember to always contact us directly also so we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Why did I not get an order confirmation?

We always send an order confirmation as soon as an order is placed. Confirmation will be sent to the e -mail address that you stated. Sometimes for some reason it might have ended up in the spam folder in your inbox.

Returns / Complaints

How fast am I reimbursed if I have an authorised return or complaint?
Reimbursement under an authorised return/complaint or withdrawal, are made within 30 days.

What do I do if I am dissatisfied?
If you are dissatisfied in any way with us, our products or our service, we want to know. This information is of great value to us and gives us an opportunity to improve our site, sales and service.


The webshop

Do the colours and pictures in the webshop match with reality?

The colours and images correlate relatively well with reality, but sometimes the colours and images can be somewhat misleading depending on the colour settings on your computer. We can not therefore take full responsibility in this as you can imagine. Our goal is that images and colours, as far as reasonably possible, should match the reality.

How can I cancel your newsletter?

If you are unsure how you can cancel the newsletter, and would like to be removed from our mailing list, please contact us through the form on the customer service pages, "contact us".

What do I do if I forget my username and password?

If you have forgotten your password, we can send it to you if you enter your email address. You can do this by clicking on the "log in" at the top or at the checkout window at "have account".
