Terms & Conditions

We ship all orders as soon as possible, often the same day. Notification of when your package will arrive is by e-mail or SMS.

All prices shown include Swedish VAT 25% in SEK or EUR.

Sweden

Shipment in Sweden costs 39/49 SEK and any order over the sum of 699 SEK is free of charge. Delivery time is 1-3 working days from point of order and is done with DHL Servicepoint and the Swedish Post Office.

Europe

Shipping within Europe costs aprox € 9.99 and the delivery time is 3-8 working days counting from date of order. We use the Swedish Post Office and FedEx for our shipments within Europe.

Rest of the World

Shipping to countries outside of Europe costs aprox € 19. We use the Swedish Post Office and Fedex. Delivery time is between 4-11 working days counting from date of order.

Delays

If we can not deliver within the above time frames we will contact you with a message about the reason for the delay and new information about a new date for delivery. It we can not solve the problem or delay within a reasonable time, you have the right to cancel the purchase.

Unclaimed packages

If you do not pick up your package on time and it is returned to SLIQHAQ you will be charged 150 SEK (aprox 16 EUR) within Sweden, 250 SEK within Europe (aprox 26 EUR) or 400 SEK (aprox 42 EUR) outside Europe. Keep in mind that if you order through invoice the time limit has begun even though you have not picked up your package.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after the date of the purchase. Products returned in their original condition to us are refunded 100 %. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. If you have used the product or examined the product to an extent that goes beyond normal examination, SLIQHAQ has the right to withdraw money for the decrease in value of the product. We can help you with advice if you would like to exchange your item for another product or if you wish to receive a refund instead.

The money will be refunded within 14 days counting from the date we received the message about your return. Always remember to pick up your package from the post office or freight company in time. Repayment will be made when we receive the goods or when we have evidence that the product is beeing sent back to us.

If you want to cancel your purchase, you can most easily contact us by email through our contact form. If you want to use the Consumer Agency's withdrawal form so you can find it here. As a customer you have the right to open the packaging to examine the product and how it works, within reasonable limits. You can always change to another product. That is easiest done by a new purchase and we then refund you for the item you want to switch to. For exchanges, you as a customer pay for the shipping back to SLIQHAQ.

In order to approve a return of a watch following condtions must be met:

1. The watch should not be used.
2. The strap or bracelet should not been adjusted.
3. The sealed should not be broken.
4. Not scratches or damaged on the watch or strap/bracelet are accepted.
5. The watch has to be returned in and with original packaging including warranty card and documents.

Exceptions from withdrawal

All products that have been opened and tested, but from a perspective of health or hygiene can not be sold again are exceptions to the rule of withdrawal. This include items that are not eligable for sale for example intimate products like deodorants, perfumes, schampos and nose hair trimmers/hairtrimmers.

Complaints

SLIQHAQ AB 556896-2186 follow the laws that regulate online sales to private customers. Please file a complaint about the product immediately if you have discovered an error. We will send out a new product. If we can not remedy the error you will receive a refund no later than within 14 days. Repayment will be made when we receive the goods or when we have evidence that the product is return. We follow the recommendations from the ARN (Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm - www.arn.se).

As a customer, you have 3 year warranty and are obliged to report a defect within a reasonable time. Reasonable time is considered two months for defects and damages.

SLIQHAQ pays for the shipping costs and other reasonable expenses incurred by the complaint. Repayment will be made without unnecessary delay, no later than within 14 days.

Since January 1, 2016, the EU offers a service for online dispute resolution. In the event of a dispute, you can use their service.

This what you need to do for any returns/buybacks/complaints:

1. Please contact us via the contact form located under Customer Service "contact us". Select the heading “Returns/Buybacks/Complaints”.

2. After contact with you we will then find the best solution for you.


Return address

The cheapest and easiest way to return your goods is to ask us for a return ticket. Print it and put it on your package which is then handed in to the nearest postal agent. Return shipping with label costs you 6€ which we deduct from your payment when we have verified and received your package.

Payments

SLIQHAQs payment solutions meet PCI DSS standard. If you pay through Klarna Invoice Service, your credit score may be collected if necessary. No additional fees are charged for the invoice. If you do not pay your bill before the due date you will be charged a fee from Klarna, currently 60 SEK for the purchase of 60 SEK and above, and 29 SEK for purchase bellow 60 SEK. An interest rate of 24.00% plus the applicable reference rate will be applied. In debt collection proceedings you are charged a fee of 180 SEK.

Payment options

Private Customers in Sweden


Payments can be made by debit/credit card, direct payment online banking, invoice or part payment. We accept Visa and MasterCard as well as direct payment online banking for customers in Swedbank, Nordea, Handelsbanken and SEB. All transactions go through encryption via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). We use 3DSecure for maximum security.

Invoice payment means 14 days period of paying. Part payment with a minimum charge of 50 SEK per month or 1/24 of the total. All your part payments are collected on a monthly invoice from Klarna. There is no billing fee for private customers in Sweden.


Debit and Credit Card Payment (Corporate Customers in Sweden and Customers in the whole world)

You can pay by credit or debit cards for both VISA and MasterCard. We use CertiTrade as PSP and that means maximum safety. CertiTrades transfer at bank security standard, SSL-technology and 128-bit encryption. No card numbers and information are stored by the merchant. 3D Secure is used for VISA and MasterCard. If you are not already connected to the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode, you can do it easily in your online banking.

Corporate customers


Debit and Credit Card Payment - Paypal-Account (Corporate Customers in Sweden and Customers in the whole world)

You can pay by credit or debit cards for VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and by Paypal-Account. There are also other payment options via Paypal for different countries.

Price and information

Facts and prices are given with reservation for printing errors, supplier price increases, incorrectly stated technical specifications, etc. and for items being sold out. The information provided herein is by no means a statement of usability, suitability, guarantee, etc. except where indicated directly. SLIQHAQ reserves the right to change all information without prior notice. Sales generally applies while products are still in stock unless otherwise specified.

Note that it is the price presented at checkout that are considered the right price. The customer confirms by approving your purchase. The order is accepted and approved when you as a customer receives an order confirmation sent to your email. In the order confirmation you can find a link to download and save the current terms of purchase.

Perfume & Aftershave
Packages that include eau de perfume, eau de cologne and aftershave are marked with the following symbol.
This is because they contain alcohol and are regarded as dangerous goods Class 3 flammable liquid UN 1266. Due to legislation, we supply only those products in Sweden.

Customs duty, taxes and fees

Deliveries outside the EU are excluded from the Swedish VAT of 25%. The VAT disappears from your total order sum when you select your country at checkout. You are responsible for paying the VAT in your country and any duty and fees.

Norway

When you register your personal data, you agree that SLIQHAQ register and use these. This information we need in order to contact you, deliver your goods and give you good customer service. You also accept our Privacy Policy.
