Cleanse without drying out the skin

Can you wash your face with soap?

Face wash after training

After exercise, sweat, oil and dirt accumulate on the skin, which can clog pores if not washed away. That is why cleansing after training is important, especially for men who work out regularly or sweat heavily.

A mild face wash cleanses effectively without drying out the skin, unlike regular soap which can worsen dryness and irritation. This is particularly important if you train frequently or directly after work.

By washing your face as soon as possible after exercise, you reduce the risk of breakouts, irritation and skin imbalance, while giving your skin better conditions to recover.
