For optimal use, it's recommended to utilize Kent's own glass for easier dosing, though any glass will work just fine.
Dispense 2 to 3 pumps of the concentrate and add water. Then swish the mouthwash and spit it out. Do not rinse your mouth with water after use.
A single bottle of concentrate yields approximately 500ml of ready-to-use mouthwash.
