Different types of body scrubs and exfoliation

Body scrub (peeling) for men comes in several forms and works slightly differently depending on how you want to exfoliate the skin. What they have in common is that they help remove dead skin cells, cleanse deeply and leave the skin feeling fresher. Here are the most common types of exfoliation in our range.

• Scrub soaps and exfoliating soaps – Soaps with exfoliating particles that cleanse and exfoliate the skin at the same time. A simple choice for daily showers or regular use.
• Cream or gel body scrubs – Scrub products massaged into damp skin and rinsed off. Provide more controlled exfoliation and can be suitable for both body and face depending on the product.
• Exfoliating shower gel – Combines cleansing and mild exfoliation in one step, perfect if you want a quick and convenient solution in the shower.
• Body brushes and bath brushes – Mechanical exfoliation with a brush that stimulates the skin and can be used both dry and in the shower. A good option if you prefer exfoliation without products.
